Our story
How it all started
We spent years in the industry, working in-house and following the same playbook everyone else did. Then we broke free and built our own strategy, one that broke the scale.
Since then, we’ve been helping businesses that are stuck right where we once were. Today we run social media and short-form video for all kinds of businesses, from Naples to Napa to NYC. Reels are our thing: strategy, filming, editing, captions and posting, plus the community management that keeps people talking.

Meet the girls
Maya Gilmore
Co-Founder
Maya runs strategy, content and client relationships, from the first call to the final caption. Fun fact: she loves hiking, so she’s probably editing your videos from some crazy part of the world.
Monica Gilmore
Co-Founder
Monica is the other half of every shoot, edit and strategy session, and she makes sure every client feels like our only client. Fun fact: she just got back from a mission trip in Brazil.
